By commissioning me, you agree and follow the TOS I have provided.
I must receive full payment upfront.I have the right to decline your commission if I am not comfortable.There will be no refunds after payment has been sent.Finalized commissions may vary between 1-2 weeks or 1-3 months. This depends on the complexity of the commission, how busy I am, or the number of commissions I currently have at the moment.Please provide complete character reference sheets.
I only accept visual references, no descriptions.I’ll be sure to update you regarding the sketch and lineart. Base color updates are also optional.
After I am done with the sketch + lineart + base coloring, and you have approved it so far. I won’t be making any changes onward.Major revisions past the lineart + base color phase is not allowed.
COMMERCIAL LICENSE AND USE
The Commission may be uploaded as long as there is credit and it is the watermarked version.Tracing and changing the commission is prohibited, along with removing the watermark.For commercial art, it is require to tell me beforehand what you will use the artwork for.Credit is REQUIRED when commissioned work is used for both commercial and personal.Using my artwork for NFT and AI is strictly PROHIBITED.
