By commissioning me, you agree and follow the TOS I have provided.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Full payment is required upfront. All payments are non-refundable.TURNAROUND TIME
Completion may take 1–2 weeks or up to 1–3 months, depending on commission complexity, workload, and current queue.PROGRESS UPDATES
I will provide updates during the sketch and lineart stages.( Base color updates are optional and may be provided at my discretion. )REVISIONS & APPROVAL
Once the sketch, lineart, and base colors are completed and approved, no further changes will be made.
Major revisions after the lineart + base color stage are not allowed.
COMMERCIAL LICENSE AND USE
USAGE & COPYRIGHT
The commissioned artwork may be uploaded or shared only with proper credit and only in its watermarked version.Tracing the commissioned artwork is strictly prohibited.COMMERCIAL USE
Any commercial use must be disclosed beforehand, including how the artwork will be used.
Additional fees may apply for commercial usage.CREDIT
Proper credit is REQUIRED whenever the commissioned artwork is used, for both personal and commercial purposes.PROHIBITED USE
Use of my artwork for NFTs or AI-related purposes is strictly PROHIBITED.

How do i order?
1. DM me your preferred commission type. (Commercial, bust/half/full body)2. I will reply and ask for the following:
• Character reference sheets
• Background descriptions (only if you chose detailed BG or simple BG)
• Pose references
• Facial expressions
• Any additional details / notes3. When your commission has been accepted, I will send you the invoice via PAYPAL.4. The finalized commission will be sent to you through the following files by email.( png and watermarked version png. transparent version is optional but will only be available for commissions with simple backgrounds )
